Orangetheory St. Albert has a unique place in history. As the first Orangetheory franchise in Canada, our facility has been at the forefront of providing you with the best and latest workouts that will take your fitness to the next level. Our gym is conveniently located at 11 Bellerose Drive, Unit #37 in St. Albert, AB, just northwest of Edmonton. Because we're just off St. Albert Trail, you'll find us easy to get to from home or work.
Our approach to fitness involves heart-rate-monitored interval fitness training, which has a number of advantages. At our studio, you'll work in a group setting, which means you’ll have extra support to stay motivated and not give up. Our friendly coaches are always there to encourage you and help you go the extra distance. The structured workouts that we provide stimulate and increase metabolism, resulting in more energy, visible toning, and caloric burn that can last for up to 36 hours after your workout.
Every Orangetheory class is led by one of our enthusiastic trainers who will take you through alternating cardiovascular, strength, and endurance exercises for a complete body workout. Your coach will be there to help you do the exercises properly, modifying when necessary to help you get the most out of every session. Orangetheory trainers are always happy to answer any and all fitness questions while helping you attain your overall health goals.
It doesn't matter whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone who hasn’t worked out at all -- you’re welcome at our studio. Orangetheory workouts are for everyone, and our coaches will work at your own level and guide you to the next one.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
